Banana roll

I learnt this recipe from my aunt.
This is not the first time i am doing it...so not it's not my "virgin banana roll" loh hehe.


It's banana roll, so of course i need a ripe banana.


Flatten the banana with a fork.


Flattened bread and spread condense milk before you spread the banana on top of the bread.
Roll it up and dip it in a bowl of beaten egg.




...and bread crumps
(we can also replace it with shredded coconut)

Fry it until it turns golden in colour.



Then serve it loh hehe.
Done.
